creative sicky bums

unfortunately our household has been under the siege of 'sicky bum' (bonser speak for diarrhoea) since Monday night. on Tuesday morning i was called home from work to pick up poor old lili as she had soiled herself and needed to be at home. poor old mick came home from work and spent that night and the next day on the toilet then last night Mia had her turn... she has been home today and seems to be on the mend already. the funny thing about this bug is that everyone seems to be in good health other than racing to the toilet every time a rumble begins. so what to do when you get to stay home from school?? you get crafty...
lili painted this wooden bear
and Mia begged to stitch something.
she asked me to draw a mouse, the problem is that i am not very good at drawing so here is her guide.
almost done not sure what to do with it...
the baby is almost awake and i have more stitching to do, fingers crossed that she doesn't catch THE BUG.
mmwwaaahh rosey
p.s. the luck keeps rolling... remember our visit to daybro day?? the girls entered a competition when we visited daybro the other day and mia and claudia won a $25 gift voucher each to a local book store! we are one lucky family

That's the problem with 'sicky bum', it tends to be shared by the whole family. Hope you and bubs can avoid it.
