just because...

today was another one of those perfect days: perfect weather, perfect company, perfect conversation, children's behaviour perfect and a perfect parcel from the postie! our wonderful friends from NSW visited today and i spent half the day catching up with Anna over coffee while the children played. it is so nice to be able to sit back and enjoy a conversation knowing that there will be absolutely no arguments between the children as they get along so very well. lili with samira, look at those smiles! here is mia with little yamina, what a cutie!

while we chatted and drank:) i do cherish these visits and feel my life is enriched by knowing this lovely family.

on my way out to take them to the train station, i found this in the mail box...

the lovely Clare from Clare's craftroom had posted me a 'just because' parcel!!!

oh boy was i surprised and excited.

she sent me her flutterby stitchery pattern(divine) plus a whole load of other goodies... dotty butterflies, rhinestone butterfly,die cuts...

she also included a lovely card that i am going to keep in a special box that holds any cards from fellow bloggers.

thank you Clare from the bottom of my heart! i feel honoured to receive this parcel from you. my family knows the story behind the significance of butterflies to me and when i complete this i will share this sad family story.
